Abstract: To provide a reference for the approval, promotion and layout of new flue-cured tobacco varieties, taking G68 （K326） as a control, regional tests of flue-cured tobacco varieties （strains） G61, G62, G63, G64, G65, G66, G67 are conducted; and their agronomic and economic traits, including seedling growth, seed color, uniformity, plant shape, leaf shape, growth potential, growth period, disease resistance, tobacco leaf yield and quality, and economic benefits are investigated. The results showed that among the eight varieties （strains） tested, G66 had better agronomic traits and economic benefits, and G64 performed worse.
