Study on quality standard of Chinese medicine compound shufu cream

Abstract: TLC was used to qualitatively identify Nepeta cataria L, Saposhnikovia divaricata (Trucz.) Schischk, Campsis grandiflora and Euphorbia fischeriana Steud. The content of the active constituents of fraxinellone and obacunone from cortex dictamni was determined by HPLC. The results of TLC were ideal, and the negative samples had no interference. The linear relationship between the anthrone and the peak area was good (r=0.999 1) and the average recovery was 99.76% (RSD=1.34%) in the concentration range of 5.92~47.36 μg/mL. In the concentration range of 10.2~81.6 μg/mL, the linear relationship between the ketone and the peak area was good (r=0.999 0), and the average recovery was 99.89% (RSD=1.63%). This method is easy to operate, has good specificity, accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control of traditional Chinese medicine compound skin cream.
