Abstract: The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is an important strategy decision at the Nineteenth National Congress. During the implementation process, local finance plays a key role in funding source. Personal direct lease, enterprise leaseback and manufacturer lease, the application of three basic financing modes on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy were studied by taking the establishment of agriculture-related financial leasing company with local financial contribution as an example. The advantages and necessity of state-owned agriculture-related financial leasing company in promoting agricultural rural development were also discussed to further looking for a new way of local financial servicing rural revitalization strategy.
