Abstract: At present, blocking poverty intergenerational transmission is a difficult and complex project, must construct the long-term mechanism by using the means of education, through the transformation of poor family members' ideas, general education and vocational skills training, enhance the participation in practice the skills and abilities, to improve their own “hematopoietic” function, change the poor families hard living conditions, can we truly achieve poverty to get rich. Based on the current causes of intergenerational transmission of poverty, this study discussed the relationship between education and intergenerational transmission of poverty, analyzed the mode of supporting intelligence under the pattern of targeted poverty alleviation, and summarized the important ways to block intergenerational transmission of poverty.
