Abstract: Rural tourism is an important part of rural revitalization, and the dialectical development relationship between them is mutual support and mutual promotion. This study analyzed the requirements for the high-quality development of rural tourism under the strategy of rural revitalization, expound the current situation and existing problems of rural tourism development in Henan province, and put forward the development strategies of scientific planning, innovation of rural tourism products, creation of rural tourism brands, improvement of supporting facilities, effective marketing, protection of rural ecology, and assistance of tourism poverty alleviation.
