Abstract: Rural financial poverty alleviation plays an important role in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. However, the legislation in the field of rural financial poverty alleviation is relatively lagging behind, and the lack of legal protection seriously affects the role of rural financial poverty alleviation. We should formulate the basic law of rural financial poverty alleviation, improve the special legislation and related systems of rural financial poverty alleviation, and build a legal guarantee system for rural financial poverty alleviation, so as to boost poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy.
