Abstract: The current situation of digital life of the elderly was analyzed in China, and the perspective of social support theory was based on, the formation factors of the digital gap of the elderly was analyzed from the five levels of government, community, enterprise, family and individual. At the same time, the bridging path was put forward from the government, community, enterprises, families and individuals, such as formal support and informal support, that was to cultivate “age-friendly” social atmosphere, integrate community resources, develop aging products, carry out digital feedback within the family, and give play to the subjective initiative of the elderly learning.
