Research on the influencing factors of online sales of the agricultural products based on the principal component analysis

Abstract: Using the principal component analysis, the 12 restrictive factors affecting the online sales of agricultural products were classified into 4 categories. According to the degree of influence from strong to weak, these four types of factors were trading partner factor, trading subject factor, trading platform factor and trading environment factor. In view of these restrictive factors, a series of solutions were put forward from the aspects of improving the quality of trading objects, strengthening the cultivation of trading subjects, optimizing the trading platform construction and trading environment,in order to promote online sales of agricultural products and the development of rural e-commerce.
