Abstract: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of triptolide,tripterine, demethylzeylasteral and wilforlide A in semi-finished products and preparations of Triperygium wilfordii by SPE-HPLC. The contents of four components in Triperygium wilfordii extractum, Triperygium wilfordii tablets and Triperygium glycosides tablets were determined by HPLC, The separation was achieveds uning Kromasil C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）with an acetonitrile, methanol, 0.5% phosphoric acid and water gradient elution system. Results showed that the linear relationship of triptolide,tripterine, demethylzeylasteral and wilforlide A were good（r≥0.996）. The average recoveries of the samples were 92.50%, 94.93%, 99.36%, 92.29%,RSD were 4.70%, 6.41%, 5.90%, 4.36%.
