Abstract: The agricultural modernization in Changji prefecture of Xinjiang was in the middle and upper level of the whole country. The whole prefecture had formed an industrial base with regional characteristics, which had laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. However, there were still some constraints, such as the low level of agricultural base industrialization, the slow growth rate of per capita disposable income of rural residents, the weak market development ability of agricultural products, and the prominent problems of human settlements. Based on the actual development of Changji prefecture, this study put forward five ways to implement rural revitalization: The income increasing mode of farmers and herdsmen, the industrial integration development mode, the rural talent revitalization mode, the modern rural governance mode, and the rural ecological protection and restoration mode.
