Abstract: Based on the survey data of farmers in Tuanjie village and other villages in Huining county, Baiyin city, Gansu province, a Logistic regression model is established to study the willingness of farmers to cultivate arable land under the background of rural revitalization, and the factors are explored that affect farmers'participation in the management of arable land. The results show that 55.74% of farmers are willing to carry out land fragmentation governance. The higher the education level of the head of the household, the greater the number of family labor, the higher the level of understanding of the “rural revitalization” policy, the stronger the herd mentality, the more optimistic about the future agricultural mechanized production, the more willing the farmers are to participate in the governance of cultivated land fragmentation; The better the health status, the more fertile the cultivated land and the closer the plot to home, the lower the farmers' willingness to manage the cultivated land.
