Remote Sensing Monitoring Analysis Report of Winter Wheat Main Producing Areas in Hubei Province on the Winter Solstice of 2018—2019

Abstract: According to the high-resolution 1 satellite imagery on November 29 and December 12, 2018, the spatial distribution and area of winter wheat planting in seven representative cities in the main winter wheat producing areas of Hubei province were extracted; and Xiangyang city was taken as an example for specific analysis. At the same time, the field seedlings of winter wheat in Hubei province were analyzed. The meteorological level of winter wheat seedlings was verified from the aspects of rainfall, moisture and temperature suitability. On this basis, the suggestions for the management of winter wheat fields in Hubei Province and their prospects are put forward. The spatial distribution and planting area of the winter wheat in 7 representative cities in the main producing areas in Hubei province were interpreted, taking Xiangyang as an example for specific analysis according to the High-1 Satellite image on November 29 and December 12, 2018. Meanwhile, the field seedlings of winter wheat in Hubei province were analyzed. The meteorological level of winter wheat seedlings was verified from the aspects of rainfall, moisture and temperature suitability. On the basis of the above, the suggestions for the field’s management and prospects of winter wheat in Hubei province were put forward.
