    A rapid and sensitive method for evaluating aging life of rice seeds

    The seeds of 9 rice varieties (Saika, IR30, Bra80sci9875, Koshihikari, Gangyuan, Nipponbare, Jinjing 818, Jindao 919, Jindao 372) were used as experimental materials. The seeds were treated with water bath at different temperatures and different times. The germination test was carried out after soaking in the artificial climate culture room for 24 h. The germination rate, root length, bud length and vigor were measured. The results showed that when the treatment temperature was 50 ℃, the average germination rate of five rice varieties (Saika, Koshihikari, Gangyuan, Nipponbare, Jindao 372) was significantly different, and the proportion of Nipponbare varieties reaching G50 was 60.00%, which could accurately distinguish the germination rate of different rice varieties. With the extension of water bath time, the average germination rate of rice varieties showed a downward trend. The aging rate of Jindao 372 was the fastest, and the average germination rate was almost 0 after 4 h treatment. When treated for 4 h, more than 50.00% of the rice varieties reached G50, and the average germination rate distribution of the nine rice varieties was relatively uniform, with the order of Saika>Koshihikari>Nipponbare>Jindao 919>IR30>Gangyuan>Bra80sci 9875>Jinjing 818>Jindao 372. Accelerated aging testing at 50 ℃ for 4 h in a water bath is a fast and sensitive method that can be completed within 7 days.
    Effect of biochar on nitrogen use efficiency of different panicle type japonica rice

    The effects of 7.5 and 15.0 t biochar per hectare on nitrogen use efficiency of two kinds of panicle type japonica rice (Oryza sativa L. subsp. japonica) were studied by using Beijing 1 and Tiejing 11 as experimental materials. The results showed that the application of 7.5 t/hm2 biochar had no significant effect on the nitrogen content and nitrogen uptake of leaves, stems and panicles of Beijing 1 and Tiejing 11 at the maturity stage compared with conventional fertilization. When the application rate increased to 15.0 t/hm2, the nitrogen uptake of leaves of Beijing 1 and the nitrogen uptake of panicles of Tiejing 11 increased, resulting in a significant increase of 4.2% and 6.8% in total nitrogen uptake of plants, respectively. When 7.5 t/hm2 biochar was applied, the nitrogen harvest index and nitrogen physiological utilization rate of Beijing 1 did not change significantly, but the nitrogen recovery rate, nitrogen agronomic utilization rate and nitrogen partial factor productivity increased significantly by 8.1%, 18.0% and 6.5%, respectively, while only the nitrogen recovery rate of Tiejing 11 increased significantly by 9.6%. When applied to 15.0 t/hm2, the nitrogen recovery rate, nitrogen physiological utilization rate, nitrogen agronomic utilization rate and nitrogen partial factor productivity of Beijing 1 increased by 9.0%, 20.7%, 31.1% and 11.2%, respectively. The nitrogen recovery rate, nitrogen agronomic utilization rate and nitrogen partial factor productivity of Tiejing 11 increased by 13.3%, 20.1% and 7.4%, respectively, there was no significant change in the nitrogen physiological utilization rate. The application of biochar can improve the nitrogen use efficiency of japonica rice. The semi-erect panicle variety Tiejing 11 needs to apply more biochar than the erect panicle variety Beijing 1 to achieve a comprehensive optimization of the nitrogen absorption and utilization system.

    The application fields of geothermal resources in modern agriculture were analyzed, and the main problems of geothermal resources in modern agriculture in China were systematically explored. Based on the enlightenment and experience of foreign geothermal resources in agricultural utilization, countermeasures and suggestions to improve the utilization efficiency of Chinese geothermal resources in modern agriculture under the target of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality were put forward, such as strengthening the “dual-carbon” target policy and the popularization of geothermal resource utilization, standardizing the legal system of geothermal resources in modern agriculture, expanding the application fields of geothermal resources in modern agriculture, improving the utilization level of geothermal resources in modern agriculture and innovating key technologies of geothermal agriculture.

    The equalization evaluation methods and results in the technical support system of cultivated land quality protection and management in China can only reflect the differences of cultivated land quality at the macro level, but not at the microscopic level. Therefore, the technical support system can not meet the needs of farmland quality protection and management. Based on the achievements of cultivated land classification, the evaluation factors that could reflect the microscopic differences of cultivated land quality were added, the weighted caculation of the grading index was performed and the grade of cultivated land was carried out by index of usage classification and new grading factors. Through the statistical analysis of the grading index of cultivated land quality in 65 counties (cities) in Henan Province, it was shown that there was a high correlation between the grade and the usage classification, and the two had a relatively clear corresponding relationship, reflecting the characteristics of weighted correction, and ensuring that the level was comparable across the province. At the same time, the grades showed the microscopic differences in the quality of cultivated land, which complemented the macroscopic composition of the grade, improved the system of cultivated land quality protection results, and could provide more scientific and reasonable technical support for cultivated land quality protection and management.

    Taking typical physical crust soil, biological crust soil and salt crust soil in Kashgar City, Xinjiang as an example, soil samples at different depths were collected from areas covered by different crusts, and the contents of soil moisture, salt, organic matter and available nitrogen were analyzed. The results showed that the moisture content of the soil surface (0~20 cm) covered by the crust was higher than that of the soil layer (0~20 cm) without the crust covering, and the order of the soil moisture content was biological crust > salt crust > physical crust. The total salt content of soil covered by the crust was lower than that of soil without the crust covering. With the increase of soil depth, the total soil salt content of the soil covered by the physical crust and the salt crust decreased, and the total soil salt content of the soil covered by the biological crust increased. The contents of soil organic matter and available nitrogen under the mulch of physical crust and biological crust decreased with the increase of soil depth, and the contents of soil organic matter and available nitrogen of the two were higher than those of soil without crust covering; the content of soil organic matter and available nitrogen in the salt crust covered soil increased with the increase of soil depth, and both were greater than those of the non-crust covered soil.
    Effects of different types of organic fertilizers on physiological characteristics and soil properties of non-heading Chinese cabbage

    In order to reduce the environmental pollution problems caused by the abuse of chemical fertilizers and advocate the application of organic fertilizers to improve soil fertility and plant quality, this experiment took non-heading Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino)variety Suzhou Qing as the test variety, and set up 7 fertilization treatments, namely no organic fertilizer (CK), Shenchu's water-soluble bio-organic fertilizer (Y1), Zhubang's bio-organic fertilizer (Y2), Seavinner's family organic garden bio-organic fertilizer (Y3), Junlilongda's general-purpose organic fertilizer (Y4), Yuanlv's earthworm organic fertilizer (Y5), Yuanlv's organic fertilizer (Y6), and Stanley̕s large elemental water soluble fertilizer (H, chemical fertilizer), to study their effects on the yield, quality and soil nutrients of non-heading Chinese cabbage at the nitrogen (pure N) amount of all fertilization treatments in 200 mg/kg(soil). The results showed that organic fertilizer could significantly(P<0.05) increase soil fertility, reduce soil bulk density, and play a role in improving the quality of non-heading cabbage. Y1, Y2 and Y3 organic fertilizer treatments had the best effect on soil bulk density reduction, which were reduced by 5.0%, 5.1% and 6.6% respectively compared with H treatment; the content of soil organic matter in six organic fertilizer treatments was increased by 32.6%, 17.9%, 47.4%, 152.6%, 43.2% and 76.8% respectively compared with the H treatment; Y2, Y3 and Y5 organic fertilizer treatments had the best comprehensive effect on the quality of non-heading Chinese cabbage. However, under Y1 treatment, due to the slow growth of non-heading Chinese cabbage, all indexes could not be determined.

    The quality of rapid composting of kitchen waste and its effect on seed germination of Hordeum vulgare var. coeleste Linnaeus were analyzed in the study to solve the problem of difficult disposal of kitchen waste in Tibet. The results showed that the microbial treatment could effectively improve the composting temperature of kitchen waste. After 12 days of fermentation, the composting temperature reached the peak, which was 65.5 ℃, and then the composting temperature began to decrease, but it was still significantly higher than the control until the end of composting (P<0.05); microbial agent treatment effectively realized the transformation of organic matter and total nitrogen in compost, and there was a significant difference between treatments on March 22 and April 4 (P<0.05); the C/N of compost treated with the bacterial agent was always in a downward trend, at the end of composting, the C/N was 21.16, and the seed germination index of H. vulgare var. coeleste Linnaeus was 86.11%, which met the requirements of composting quality. In addition, the correlation between temperature and nutrient indexes showed that temperature had a highly significant negative correlation with organic matter and C/N (P<0.01), and a highly significant positive correlation with total nitrogen (P<0.01), indicating that temperature was the main factor affecting nutrient index. The nutrient indexes of composting with the bacterial agent could fully meet the requirements of composting quality, while the changes of nutrient indexes and seed germination index of H. vulgare var. coeleste Linnaeus in the control group were not obvious before and after the experiment. Therefore, bacterial agent treatment can effectively solve the problem of rapid fermentation for kitchen waste.

    The self-made IC reactor was used to treat fumaric acid simulated wastewater (effluent after three-dimensional electrochemical pretreatment), to investigate the IC reactor stability, optimize the reactor process parameters, and initially explore the effect of thiourea on the IC reactor. The results showed that the IC reactor achieved a stabilizing effect after 22 days of rapid start, and could be restored after stopping for 30 days and then starting for 10 days. The stability of the IC reactor was better. When the inner circulation ratio of the IC reactor was 200%, the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, and the hydraulic retention time (HRT) was 24 h, the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD), ammonia nitrogen and volatile fatty acids (VFA) were 88.75%, 53.45%, and 98.16%, respectively. When the influent thiourea concentration was 200 mg/L, the COD removal rate decreased to 70.28%; when the influent thiourea concentration was 1 000 mg/L, the COD removal rate decreased to 49.38%.

    The water quality of Shanghu Lake and Kuncheng Lake in Changshu City of Jiangsu Province was monitored and evaluated in 2018—2019 to understand the water quality of major urban lakes. The results showed that the differences of water transparency (SD), total nitrogen (TN), total dissolved nitrogen (TDN) and total dissolved phosphorus (TDP) between the two lakes were significant (P<0.05), and the differences of total phosphorus (TP) and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) between the two lakes were extremely significant (P<0.01). There were obvious seasonal changes of water quality in two lakes, and the water quality of Shanghu Lake was good in spring and autumn, but deteriorated in summer and winter, while that of Kuncheng Lake was poor in spring and summer, and the pollution was aggravated in autumn and winter. Based on single factor index evaluation, the main pollution factors in Shanghu Lake and Kuncheng Lake were the same, both of which were TN and TP, and the water quality of Shanghu Lake all year was class Ⅲ, while Kuncheng Lake was inferior class V. The Nemero index of Shanghu Lake ranged from 0.50 to 0.87, indicating that the lake was relatively clean all year, while that of Kuncheng Lake ranged from 1.37 to 2.31, indicating that the lake was slightly polluted all year. The comprehensive nutrient index of Shanghu Lake ranged from 45.78 to 49.02, indicating a moderate vegetative state all year, while that of Kuncheng Lake ranged from 54.31 to 59.23, indicating a mild eutrophication state all year.
    Risk assessment of disaster caused by continuous cloudy and rainy weather on rice and rapeseed in Hunan Province

    Using the observation data of 10 representative agricultural meteorological observation stations in Hunan Province from 2009 to 2020, and the corresponding daily meteorological data, as well as the output data of rice and rape, the regularity of the continuous cloudy and rainy disaster in Hunan Province and its effects on crop growth and yield were analyzed, and the continuous cloudy and rainy disaster indicators were revised and improved. The Lagrangian interpolation method was used to extract the yield loss rate of rice and rapeseed caused by the continuous cloudy and rainy weather through the expected yield, and the continuous cloudy and rainy disaster risk assessment model was constructed based on the continuous cloudy and rainy disaster indicators. The results showed that the frequency of continuous cloudy and rainy weather during the sowing to transplanting period of rice was the highest, with an average frequency of 31.6%, and the frequency of occurrence during the booting to heading period was the lowest, which was 13.2%; rape had the highest frequency of continuous cloudy and rainy weather during the sowing to seedling period, which was 37.5%, and had the lowest frequency during the flowering to green pod formation period, which was 13.7%. The frequency of mild continuous cloudy and rain weather in rice and rape was 58.2% and 60.6%, the frequency of moderate continuous cloudy and rainy weather was 14.8%, and the frequency of heavy continuous cloudy and rainy weather was 0.3% and 0.5%. The statistical results of the occurrence probability of crop yield loss rate caused by continuous rain showed that 10%~20% yield disaster loss rate had the greatest probability of occurrence, which was 5.73%~8.81%; the probability of occurrence of yield disaster loss rate less than 10% was 1.34%~4.72%; the probability of yield disaster loss rate greater than or equal to 20% was the smallest, ranging from 0.94% to 3.19%. Finally, Changsha City and Hengyang City were selected as the test points for the evaluation model of continuous cloudy and rainy weather, and the results showed that the accuracy rate of the evaluation model was 82.5%~87.7%, indicating that the evaluation model had strong practicability and could be used for daily business monitoring and disaster prediction.

    Based on meteorological data in Hami City from 1981 to 2020, developmental period data of Hami melon from 1999 to 2020, and historical disaster data from 1961 to 2020, the meteorological conditions and main meteorological disasters of mid-maturing Hami melon (Cucumis melo var. saccharinus) growth in Hami City, Xinjiang Province were analyzed. The results showed that the main meteorological factors affecting the growth of Hami melon included the average temperature, average maximum temperature and (or) average minimum temperature in sowing stage, seedling stage and vine extension stage, daily temperature range, average relative humidity and precipitation in fruit setting stage, and sunshine hours in mature stage. The optimum temperature at seedling stage was 18~25 ℃, the conditions that the daily maximum temperature was higher than 35 ℃ or the daily minimum temperature was equal to or lower than 13 ℃ had adverse effects on seedling growth. The optimum temperature at fruit expansion stage was 25~30 ℃. High temperature and continuous precipitation would affect the yield and quality of Hami melon in fruit setting stage to maturity stage. The frost and gale disasters in spring in Hami City were mainly mild from 1999 to 2020.

    Based on the research progress at home and abroad, this paper focused on the harm of clubroot to cruciferous crops in Yunnan and the reasons of the epidemic of clubroot, and briefly described the main prevention and control countermeasures and existing problems of clubroot. Finally, the differentiation types of clubroot strains in Yunnan were further analyzed by means of field investigation, network access and experiment. The results showed that the population types of Plasmodiphora brassicae Woronin were abundant in Yunnan.

    In order to verify the application effect of compound microbial inoculants in field cultivation, Amorphophallus konjac was used as the test object, and three treatments of compound microbial inoculants, chemical agents and clear water were set up to determine the growth, disease occurrence and yield indexes of Amorphophallus konjac. The results showed that compound microbial inoculants could promote the growth of stems, leaves and roots, increase root activity, reduce disease incidence, increase bulb fresh weight, promote bulb expansion and increase yield. Three chemical agents, 12% Zhongshengmycin 1 000 times dilution, 20% Thiodiazole copper 500 times dilution and 20% Thiazole zinc 500 times dilution, which were applied alternately, which could better control the occurrence of diseases, increase the yield per unit area of Amorphophallus konjac, but affect root growth and reduce root activity.

    To clear the influence of boric acid, calcium, sucrose, PEG-4000 and pH on pollen germination and pollen tube growth culture in vitro of Michelia figo, the pollen of Michelia figo was studied by liquid culture. The results showed that boric acid, calcium, sucrose, PEG-4000 and pH in the medium had a significant influence on pollen germination and pollen tube growth of Michelia figo. The optimal concentration of boric acid was 0.03 g/L, calcium was 0.07 g/L, sucrose was 100 g/L, PEG-4000 was 150 g/L, and pH was 7.0. The pollen germination rate was 81.74%, and the length of the pollen tube was 424.17μm. In this study, the optimal medium concentration of pollen germination and pollen tube growth in vitro culture of Michelia figo was obtained, which provided a theoretical basis for the conservation of its germplasm resources and the breeding of new varieties.

    The effects of drought, light and salt on the growth, yield and euonymol content of Euonymus fortunei were studied. The results showed that the yield of Euonymus fortunei and content of euonymol were 1.50 kg/m2 and 32.25 mg/g, respectively, when the volume ratio of rotting leaf fertilizer to garden soil was 1∶1. The yield of Euonymus fortunei and content of euonymol were 1.30 kg/m2 and 32.12 mg/g under 173~235 lx light at night. The yield of Euonymus fortunei and content of euonymol were 1.36 kg/m2 and 34.53 mg/g, respectively. After the orthogonal test, the optimal stress effect scheme was as follows: The volume ratio of leaf rot fertilizer matrix to garden soil was 1∶1, the light at night was 173~235 lx, and the root was irrigated with 10 mL 0.5% NaCl. Under this stress effect, the content of euonymol was 32.97 mg/g.

    The pollen viability and stigma receptivity of Lycium barbarum L. were studied by TTC method, benzidine-hydrogen peroxide method and field test to explore the effects of different storage periods on pollen viability and seed setting rate. The results showed that the successive anther dehiscence and pollen dispersal of Lycium Barbarum L. occurred at 4 h after its corolla bloomed; the pollen viability of the same variety(line)showed a decreasing trend with the prolongation of storage time, and the pollen could be stored for 12 days at room temperature; the pollen vigor of Ningqi No.1 was significantly different in different storage time, but the pollen activity of other varieties (lines) was strong within three days and the difference was not significant; the stigma receptivity was best from12 h to 36 h, and the seed setting rate of Ningqi No. 1 was lower than that of “2014-401”. The pollen could be stored for 12 days at room temperature, the pollen vitality was strong within three days, and the stigma receptivity was strong from 6 h before flowering to pre-pollen dispersal. In production practice, it is appropriate to store pollen for 3 days when Ningqi No. 1 is used as the male parent; while “2014-401” is used as the male parent, the pollen storage for 6 days is recommended.
    Effects of plant growth regulators on yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco under drought stress

    In order to investigate the effects of five plant growth regulators on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, 4% GA3 water agent, 0.136% GA·IAA·BR wettable powder, 0.01% BR soluble agent, 0.1% S-inducer water agent and 6% ascorbic acid water agent were selected, field experiment was conducted to measure and analyze the agronomic characters, economic characters and chemical components. The results showed that after spraying 4% GA3 water agent and 0.01% BR soluble agent, the growth of tobacco plants was the fastest and the pitch increased significantly at resettling stage; spraying 6% ascorbic acid could increase the number of leaves to 21.6, which can promote the opening of topper leaves. Plant growth regulators could promote the absorption of potassium by tobacco plants. The potassium content of flue-cured tobacco leaves increased significantly. 6% ascorbic acid water agent decreased the nicotine content of middle and lower leaves significantly, and 4% gibberellin water agent decreased the nicotine content as a whole. Five plant growth regulators had different effects on the economic properties of flue-cured tobacco, and praying 6% ascorbic acid agent was the highest. Taken together, 6% ascorbic acid could improve the quality of tobacco leaves and increase economic benefits under drought stress.

    The NDVI value of tobacco was obtained by GreenSeeker spectrometer, and the values of tobacco growth environmental impact factors such as soil temperature, soil humidity, atmospheric temperature, wind speed, outdoor humidity and solar radiation were collected. Partial least square regression, stepwise regression and ridge regression models were established to explore the impact of environmental impact factors on the NDVI value of tobacco growth. The purpose was to find a good method to predict the NDVI value of tobacco, so as to understand the growth trend of tobacco more quickly and accurately. The results showed that soil temperature, atmospheric temperature and outdoor humidity played decisive roles in the NDVI value of tobacco growth. According to the determination coefficient R2 of the above regression models, it is concluded that the prediction accuracy of the partial least squares method is the highest, followed by ridge regression, and the prediction accuracy of stepwise regression is relatively poor.

    In order to explore the scale of dairy farming, the benefits and costs of retail farming and large-scale dairy farming from 2004 to 2018 were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the cost profit margin of individual dairy farming was higher, but its operation risk and the labor cost were the highest, and the selling price of the main products was low. The scale effect of medium and large-scale dairy farming had not appeared for the time being, but in the long run, medium and large-scale dairy farming would become a development trend and should be vigorously supported. Therefore, it was suggested to actively support the transformation of retail investors to small-scale dairy farming, guide the development of the moderate scale, and plan the development toward medium and large-scale dairy farming in the medium and long term, so as to save costs and increase efficiency.

    In order to study the bacteriostatic effect of lactic acid treated water in vitro and its effect on the serum index and fecal pH of Sanhuang chicken, the plate counting method was used to observe the inhibitory effect of lactic acid with different pH on Escherichia coli and Salmonella in water. The test was divided into lactic acid treated sterile water group, sterile water group, antibiotic group and blank control group. After culturing for 2, 8, 14, 20 and 24 hours, the number of colonies was counted respectively. According to the in vitro bacteriostatic results, 120 1-day-old Sanhuang chickens were selected and fed in the control group and the lactate drinking water group. Serum total protein (TP), albumin (ALB),globulin(GLB) and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) were measured and the fecal pH was recorded every day. The results showed that, ① when the pH of lactic acid treated water was 1~2, 2~3 and 3~4, the colony number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella was 0 at the beginning of 2 hours of culture. When the pH was 4~5, the number of colonies on the plate of the two strains decreased significantly after 8 hours of culture. When the pH was 5~6, the colony numbers of Escherichia coli and Salmonella decreased significantly at 24 h and 14 h respectively. ② TP and GLB of 13-day-old and 25-day-old Sanhuang chickens in the lactate drinking group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); ALB was higher than that in the control group (P>0.05); GGT and A/G were not significantly different (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in fecal pH (P> 0.05), but there was a downward trend. It could be seen that when the pH of the lactic acid treated water was 1~4, it could effectively inhibit Escherichia coli and Salmonella in vitro. Drinking the lactic acid treated water with pH 3~4 was beneficial to the production of TP,ALB and GLB,which could promote the health of chickens, enhance the immunity of the body, and adjust the pH of the digestive tract.

    In order to establish a method for the determination of N6- (2-hydroxyethyl) -adenosine (HEA) in Paecilomyces cicadae 5704 s, HEA was extracted by ultrasonic assisted water bath method with deionized water as the solvent, and its content was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were optimized as follows: Agilent ZORBAX Extend-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase was methanol ∶ 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate (containing 0.1% formic acid); gradient elution; detection wavelength was 260 nm; flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; column temperature was 25 ℃; injection volume was 10 μL. The results showed that when the concentration of HEA was 0.25~100.00 μg/mL, the linear relationship between peak area and HEA content was good, R2= 0.999 9, the detection limit of the instrument was 0.25 μg/mL, the average recovery was 97.73%~108.95%, RSD was 0.37%~1.29%, and the content of HEA in the sample was 0.78 mg/g. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, stable and suitable for the determination of HEA in Paecilomyces cicadae 5704s mycelium.

    The flavonoids in Ricinus apelta Lour. from different habitats were isolated and identified, and the content determination method was established. Polyamide column was used to isolate and purify the flavonoids from Ricinus apelta by high performance liquid chromatography. The chemical constituents were identified by infrared, ultraviolet, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and the contents of the four components were determined. The results showed that four flavonoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Ricinus apelta Lour., which were identified as cucurbitacin II, isoschaftoside, schaftoside and cosmoside. The baseline separation of the four components was achieved in the content determination, and the linear relationship was good at the levels of 0.010 3~0.824 0 mg/mL,0.014 2~1.139 2 mg/mL,0.013 3~1.064 0 mg/mL and 0.015 5~1.324 0 mg/mL,respectively. The average recovery was 98.41%, 100.03%, 99.25% and 98.78%, respectively, and RSD was 1.84%, 0.90%, 1.80% and 1.25%, respectively. Isoschaftoside and schaftoside were isolated from Ricinus apelta Lour. for the first time. The contents of four flavonoids in Chongzuo and Hezhou were higher in Ricinus apelta Lour. from seven different habitats in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.     In order to realize the effective prediction and scientific application of Baqiao cherry initial flowering period in Xi'an, a new chronological sequence of Baqiao cherry initial flowering period was obtained by creating a phenological observation database of Baqiao cherry. The results showed that the initial flowering period of Baqiao cherry was obviously earlier in 2004—2020. Based on the meteorological data around Baqiao cherry production area, many influential meteorological factors were selected, and the winter temperature, the first day ≥ 5 ℃ of temperature and spring temperature were selected as the main factors for modeling by using the correlation analysis method. The prediction model of Baqiao cherry's initial flowering period was established by PLSR. The results showed that the prediction effect was ideal.

    In order to improve the accuracy of large-scale crop remote sensing mapping, the Sentinel-2 data was preprocessed by Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform, and the maximum images of NDVI, EVI and EVI2 of the whole Hebei Province in 2019 were synthesized. Combined with the data of geographical conditions, the automatic statistical distribution algorithm was input to select the optimal vegetation index. The optimal image was used to extract the winter wheat information of Hebei Province with a resolution of 30 m from 2016 to 2019. The results showed that compared with the validation samples, the user accuracy of wheat distribution of NDVI, EVI and EVI2 was greater than 94%, the mapping accuracy was greater than 91%, the overall accuracy was greater than 98%, and the Kappa coefficient was greater than 0.96, of which EVI had the highest accuracy. Compared with the statistical data, the average precision of all wheat planting counties in 2016—2019 was greater than 97%. The automatic statistical allocation algorithm does not need to rely on training samples, and can be quickly copied and used in other years to improve the efficiency of large-scale crop distribution mapping, and the obtained wheat information has good consistency with the statistical data. It can provide some technical methods and ideas for rapid mapping of large-scale wheat distribution.

    Taking 15 pure pastoral husbandry counties (districts) in Tibet as the research objects, 14 indexes related to grassland ecological carrying capacity were selected and simplified by principal component analysis to explore the main factors affecting grassland ecological carrying capacity. Then BP neural network was used to simulate and forecast the grassland ecological carrying capacity in the pure pastoral area. The results showed that the grassland ecological carrying capacity in Seni District, Baqing County, Jiali County and Dangxiong County was seriously overloaded, and was in the severe warning state. Nierong County was in the medium warning area. Seven counties, including Anduo County, Shenza County and Bange County, were in the light warning area. Nima County, Shuanghu County and Geji County were in the safe area. Finally, some suggestions were put forward for different early warning states.

    In order to realize water quality monitoring in full water depth and improve water environment problems in local waters through the same device to help high-quality development of fishery breeding, an underwater robot for fishery breeding was designed.The dynamic model of AUV was established to describe the 6-DOF complex motion of AUV and ensure its good stability in the process of underwater motion. The whole water depth water quality monitoring system and water quality improvement system were composed of multi-sensor technology and inertial navigation technology. The experiment was designed to observe and verify its movement process, which could realize the monitoring function of water quality parameters such as pH, temperature and dissolved oxygen. According to the return value, the water pH, dissolved oxygen and other conditions were improved, and its efficiency was verified by comparing with manual control mode and existing equipment control. The system has successfully realized the integration of water quality parameter collection and water quality improvement in fishery breeding, with high efficiency, strong reliability, and emancipation of human resources, and provides a new idea for the research of the underwater robot.

    In order to clarify the pathogen of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis virus disease in Yunnan Province, the leaves of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis with mosaic and mottle symptoms found in Kunming City were used as samples for transmission electron microscopy, high-throughput sequencing and RT-PCR detection. The results showed that the linear virus particles with a size of about (700~1 000) nm×13 nm were observed. Based on the results of high-throughput sequencing, specific primers were designed for RT-PCR amplification and cloning, and a virus sequence with a total length of 10 066 nucleotides (nt) was obtained. The virus was temporarily named Paris virus 1 (ParV1); BLAST alignment analysis showed that ParV1 had the highest nucleotide and amino acid (aa) sequence homology of 65.1% and 68.9% with Thunberg fritillary mosaic virus (TFMV) in the genus Potyvirus. Multiple sequence alignment analysis showed that ParV1 had 49.6%~65.1% nt sequence homology and 47.1%~68.9% aa sequence homology with potyviruses. The phylogenetic tree based on the polyprotein amino acid sequence showed that the virus was closely related to TFMV and clustered into a separate branch. In summary, ParV1 is a new virus of Potyvirus. The virus juice containing ParV1 was inoculated into Nicotiana tabacum and Nicotiana benthamiana by mechanical friction to determine the pathogenicity of ParV1. The leaves of the inoculated Nicotiana glutinosa plants showed obvious symptoms of virus disease. The presence of ParV1 was detected in the inoculated Nicotiana glutinosa by RT-PCR and molecular cloning, indicating that the Nicotiana glutinosa plants were infected by ParV1, but the presence of the virus was not detected on the inoculated Nicotiana benthamiana.

    The tissue culture system of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.was successfully established by using the young shoots as explants. The results showed that the most suitable disinfection method for explants was to use 75% ethanol for 20 s and then 0.1% HgCl2 for 4 min. The best induction medium was MS+2.0 mg/L KT+0.4 mg/L IAA, the best proliferation medium was MS+3.0 mg/L KT+0.4 mg/L IAA, and the best rooting medium was 1/4 MS+0.2 mg/L NAA. The best planting substrate volume ratio for transplanting was perlite ∶ peat ∶ vermiculite = 1∶2∶1.

    The integration of agriculture, forestry, culture, tourism and recreation industry is an effective way and inevitable trend for agricultural transformation and upgrading, optimization of rural industrial structure and sustainable income increase of farmers. Taking Zezhou County, Shanxi Province as the analysis and evaluation object, the evaluation index system of integration development for the county agricultural, forestry, cultural, tourism and recreation industry was constructed from four dimensions of economic benefit, social benefit, cultural benefit and ecological benefit, and its evaluation was carried out by using entropy method and grey correlation method. The results showed that, in the integrated development of agriculture, forestry, cultural, tourism and recreation industry in Zezhou County, there were some problems that the comprehensive benefits needed to be improved, the effect of farmers' income increase was not significant, the driving force of service of leading agricultural enterprises and farmers' professional cooperatives needed to be improved, the ecological benefits were not fully reflected, and the development and excavation of cultural and tourism projects needed to be conducted.     Agricultural machinery service is an important division of labor in agricultural socialized service. In order to explore whether agricultural machinery service has a promoting effect on land scale operation, this study analyzes the mechanism of agricultural machinery service on land scale operation from the perspective of farmers. Taking three counties in northern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the research area, the instrumental variables are introduced and the two-stage least square method is adopted. Combined with the quantile regression model, the heterogeneity of the impact of agricultural machinery service on land scale operation of different types of farmers is analyzed. The results show that agricultural machinery service purchase has a significant positive effect on farmers' land scale management. Land transfer plays an important intermediary role in the impact of agricultural machinery services on land scale management; the impacts of agricultural machinery services on land scale management of farmers with different planting scales and agricultural machinery assets are heterogeneous; with the expansion of farmers' planting scale, the impact of agricultural machinery services on land scale management gradually weakens. The increase in household agricultural machinery assets will also gradually weaken the impact of agricultural machinery services on farmers' land scale management.

    As a new agricultural operation subject, farmers' professional cooperatives play an important role in promoting the development of rural economy. The high-quality development of cooperatives can not be separated from the support of funds. However, the current difficulty in financing has become the bottleneck of the sustainable development of farmers' professional cooperatives. Taking Qitai County of Xinjiang as an example,the financing constraints of farmers' professional cooperatives were investigated, and the main factors affecting the financing of cooperatives were analyzed by using the binary Logistic regression analysis method from the aspects of the characteristics of the president of cooperatives,the basic situation of cooperatives, financing characteristics,government policies and the relationship between banks and cooperatives. The results show that the age of the president, the establishment years of the cooperative, the scale of fixed assets,the annual net income, the credit situation of the cooperative,the loan frequency, the loan interest rate and the degree of intimacy with financial institutions have a significant impact on the financing constraints. Based on the above results, it is proposed that cooperatives should pay more attention to system construction and improve their comprehensive strength, financial institutions should pay attention to the matching between the supply side and the demand side while simplifying the loan process, and the government should improve the rural financial services and insurance system, and optimize the financing environment.

    In order to increase the supply of high-quality agricultural products, improve the competitiveness of agricultural products and promote the development of characteristic agriculture in Yunnan Province, the factor analysis method was adopted, the relevant data of 31 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) in China in 2019 were used, and 14 indicators were selected from three aspects of agricultural productivity, market trade and brand building to build an evaluation system, analyze the factors affecting the competitiveness of agricultural products, and evaluate the competitiveness of agricultural products in Yunnan Province. The results show that agricultural productivity is the main factor affecting the competitiveness of agricultural products, followed by market trade and brand building. The agricultural products of Yunnan Province have strong comprehensive competitiveness around the whole country, ranking fourth among the 31 provinces. The advantages of market competitiveness are obvious, while agricultural production and brand competitiveness are weak. Thus, Yunnan Province should take more measures to improve the level of agricultural modernization and promote industrial development; enhance the added value of agricultural products and expand the market scale; continue to promote the creation of “green food brand” and strengthen brand building.

    With the advancement of urbanization, the scale of migrant workers has expanded year by year, and the problem of rural hollowing caused by the non-agriculturalization of rural population has become more and more serious. The reduction of hollow villages and optimal all ocation of inefficient operation and even idle waste of rural land resources are inevitable requirements of agricultural and rural modernization. By measuring the impact of rural land withdrawal of migrant workers, it is found that the land withdrawal of migrant workers will revitalize at least 23.33 million hm2 of abandoned farmland and 2.13 million hm2 of idle homestead. The necessity, importance and urgency of land withdrawal should be paid attention to. The withdrawal of rural land of migrant workers will have an important impact on the optimal allocation of cultivated land resources, agricultural production efficiency, international competitiveness of agricultural products prices, the promotion of agricultural supply-side structural reform and the realization of rural revitalization in China.

    This paper takes Hutubi County in Xinjiang as the research area, and analyzes the herdsmen's grassland turnover willingness based on the logistic binary regression model. It is found that there are 9 variables which have significant influence on the grassland outflow willingness of the herdsmen in Hutubi County. Among them, the age of the head of household, the health status, the number of labor force in animal husbandry, whether they want their children to continue grazing, the use of forage, the employment opportunities of non livestock, and the satisfaction degree of social security are the most significant, followed by the annual income of animal husbandry and the mode of livestock breeding. In order to promote the healthy development of grassland circulation, according to the influence degree of various factors on herdsmen's willingness to transfer grassland, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for grassland circulation in Hutubi County.

    Logarithmic mean divisia index (LMDI) model and Tapio decoupling model were used to study the driving effects of agricultural water consumption change and the decoupling relationship between agricultural water use and agricultural economic development in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from 2009 to 2019. The results showed that the industrial structure effect was the main driving factor for the decrease of agricultural water consumption in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, and the economic income effect was the main inhibiting factor for the decrease of agricultural water consumption. The overall decoupling situation in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River was good, but there were differences among provinces within the region.The overall decoupling situation in Hubei and Hunan was relatively good, while the overall decoupling situation in Jiangxi was relatively general. The technology decoupling factor had the most obvious influence on the decoupling, and the income decoupling factor was the most important factor to restrain the decoupling.

    In order to quantitatively analyze the impact of aquatic science and technology promotion on fishermen's income, the number of aquatic promotion stations, the scale of promotion personnel, promotion funds, technical guidance area and fishermen's public information service were selected to reflect the effectiveness of aquatic science and technology promotion. Based on the fishery time series data of Hubei Province from 2007 to 2017, a multiple linear regression model was established, and the impact of these factors on fishermen's income in Hubei Province was analyzed with reference to Jiangsu Province and Hunan Province. The results showed that the per capita income of fishermen in Hubei Province was highly correlated with fishermen's public information services, fishery promotion funds and the scale of fishery promotion personnel, and the degree of influence decreased in turn. Accordingly, targeted countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the level of information technology, increasing funding for extension, and enriching the team of promotion talents were put forward.

    Ba culture, a multi-level regional culture integrated with Chu, Shu and Han cultures, that was created by Ba people living in Badi in the course of history. It is a symbol of the continuous progress and development of ancient Ba people and their territories. Nowadays, with the vigorous development of “digital China” construction, the protection and inheritance of Ba culture also need to speed up. This paper investigated the current situation of digital protection of Ba culture by means of electronic questionnaires and paper questionnaires, and analyzed the data. It was found that there was less digital protection of Ba culture. Many digital protection strategies of Ba culture, such as digital collection, digital restoration, digital management, digital display, digital education and digital professional training were put forward to promote the digital construction of Ba culture.

    By using the web crawler technology, the “Octopus” data collector was used to capture the citizen network appeal and government response information of Xinjiang “local leader message board” from 2011 to 2020 as sample data. Automatic text analysis, comparative analysis, spatial analysis and logistic regression were used to analyze the behavioral characteristics of citizens' online appeals and government responses. The results showed that the awareness of citizens to express their demands through the Internet was gradually increasing, but the overall response rate of the government was low. The temporal and spatial factors, topic type factors and expression mode factors of citizen network appeals had different degrees of influence on local government response. The system, government and citizens were the three major factors of cyberspace political interaction.

    With the help of the information visualization software CiteSpace V, 575 documents related to township government public services in China from 2002 to March 2022 in CNKI database were used for conducting co-existential analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that the research on township government public services could be roughly divided into three stages, of which the volume of papers published from 2004 to 2010 surged. On the whole, the research on township government public services was consistent with the functional transformation and governance goals of the Chinese government. The author's cooperation was not intensive, and the core network had not yet been formed. The research hotspots mainly focused on key words such as government functions, urban-rural integration and collaborative governance, forming 11 cluster groups such as rural revitalization, equalization and supply mechanism. The node information of cluster groups was analyzed and integrated into three hot research themes, including problems in the supply of public services in township governments, construction paths and overall balance. The research frontier shows a trend from the basics of public services to the diversity of public services and then to the equality of public services, and the future research trend will focus more on grass-roots governance and the equalization of public service supply.

    In view of the problems that the village planning has long copied the urban planning compilation model, the compilation subject is single, and there is a lack of communication and interaction among the participating subjects, which leads to the lack of scientific and practical planning. Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, taking Baoqian Village in Sanya City as a case study, combined with the knowledge integration theory, a knowledge integration model for village planning was constructed. The planning of Baoqian Village was analyzed from three aspects of the participants and their knowledge,the process of knowledge integration and the effect of knowledge integration. The research found that with the help of knowledge integration, it can effectively break the limitations of traditional government-dominated “top-down” planning, reflect the will of multiple subjects, improve the scientificity and practicability of village planning, and lay the foundation for the implementation of planning.

    Taking Shouguang City,Shandong Province as the research object, through investigating the development status of its agricultural economy and the scale of agricultural products logistics park from 2015 to 2019, and from the perspective of the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems, the changes of coupling coordination degree of agricultural economy and agricultural products logistics park in Shouguang City in the past five years was discussed. The results showed that the coupling coordination degree of the agricultural economy and the scale of agricultural products logistics park of Shouguang City in recent five years was relatively low, and the degree of coupling and coordination between the two systems was in a state of mild imbalance, and decreased. Finally, the relevant countermeasures to promote the coupling and harmonious development of the the agricultural economy and the scale of agricultural products logistics park in Shouguang City were put forward.

    The differences of conditions for rural revitalization in Pearl River Delta and the east,west and north of Guangdong Province were analyzed, including the wide gap in economic base, the completely opposite flow of population, the different industrial structure, and the different conditions of basic public services. The research shows that the biggest demand for rural revitalization in the Pearl River Delta is policy, the breakthrough lies in the reform of land policy,the development path is the integration of urban and rural areas. All kinds of conditions in the east,west and north of Guangdong Province are relatively weak, and “industry weakness, population outflow and insufficient public services” interact to form a vicious circle, the breakthrough lies in the element of “people”. Finally, it is proposed to give priority to development of education based on education; take counties and towns as the front to improve the level of basic public services; combine with the reform of land policy, attract the population to concentrate in counties and town. At the county and town level, priority should be given to the development of the secondary and tertiary industries to drive the development of the primary industry, gradually form the integrated development of the three industries, promote the economic development of counties and towns, and realize the rural revitalization.

    In view of the practical problems such as the ambiguity of the role orientation of the new professional farmers, the misconnection of the professional needs, the lack of initiative in the research on the professional skills of green agriculture, and the relatively backward environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, within the strategic framework of rural revitalization, the relevant achievements in the research field of new professional farmers in recent years were reviewed, the connotation through the literature of new professional farmers was expounded and the role orientation of new professional farmers was clarified. The study found that under the background of rural revitalization strategy, the new professional farmers included the practitioners of agricultural modernization, the practitioners of agricultural professionalization, the researchers of agricultural greening and the protectors of agricultural ecology.     In order to continue to promote the revitalization of rural industries in poverty alleviation areas, improve the income level of poverty alleviation areas, promote local economic development, and help rural revitalization, the important role and existing problems of industrial revitalization in rural revitalization were studied. It was found that the current development of rural industries in poverty alleviation areas faced the problems of single industry, serious homogenization, lack of “hematopoietic” ability, weak market competitiveness, increased industrial risk and backward supporting infrastructure.
