氨基酸微量元素水溶肥对辣椒产量和品质的影响

Effect of amino acid microelement water-soluble fertilizer on yield and quality of capsicum

摘要: 以辣椒(Capsicum annuum Linn.)品种二炮辣椒为材料,通过田间随机区组设计和试验,研究了喷施氨基酸微量元素水溶肥对辣椒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施氨基酸微量元素水溶肥+常规施肥处理后的辣椒产量和蛋白质含量比常规施肥对照有大幅提高,差异都达到极显著水平,增产19.4%。建议辣椒生产中,提倡大面积推广叶面喷施氨基酸微量元素水溶肥。

Abstract: Taking pepper (Capsicum annuum Linn.) variety Erpao pepper as material, the effects of spraying amino acid microelement water-soluble fertilizer on the yield and quality of pepper were studied by using random block design and experiment in the field. The results showed that the yield and protein content of pepper treated with amino acid microelement water-soluble fertilizer and conventional fertilization were significantly higher than those treated with conventional fertilization, and the difference reached a statistically significant level, and the yield increased by 19.4%. It is suggested that large-scale spraying of amino acid microelement water-soluble fertilizer on the leaves should be promoted in pepper production.
