东北红松蘑多糖提取及抗氧化活性研究

Study on antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from Gomphidius rutilus

摘要: 为研究东北牡丹江地区红松蘑(Gomphidius rutilus)多糖抗氧化活性,采用水提-醇沉法从东北产红松蘑中提取子实体多糖,体外抗氧化模型研究其抗氧化能力,红外光谱研究其多糖基本结构。结果表明,其多糖浓度在1 mg/mL时对超氧离子自由基(·O2-)的清除率为96.96%;多糖浓度在1 mg/mL时对羟基自由基(·OH)的清除率为94.95%;多糖对DPPH自由基的清除率最高为48.53%,其红外表征显示多糖为β-型吡喃多糖。这说明红松蘑多糖抗氧化活性高,有一定的开发价值及前景。

Abstract: The antioxidant activity of polysaccharide which extracted from Gomphidius rutilus was studied by. in vitro antioxidant systems. The structure of the extracted polysaccharide was also studied by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that when the polysaccharide concentration reached 1 mg/mL the scavenging rate of superoxide radical, DPPH and hydroxyl radical was 96.96%, 48.53% and 94.95%, respectively. The IR results showed that polysaccharide is beta-pyranose. It indicated that Gomphidius rutilus’s polysaccharide has a high antioxidant capacities and a bright future of development and utilization.
