数字化转型进程中农业现代化评价指标体系重构与实证——以重庆市渝北区153个村为例

Reconstruction and empirical analysis of the evaluation indicator system for agricultural modernization during the process of digital transformation: Taking 153 villages in Yubei District, Chongqing as an example

摘要: 为科学评价数字化转型进程中农业现代化水平,立足村域微观视角,基于农业现代化与数字农业理论,重构涵盖5个维度、17项具体指标的农业现代化综合评价体系;并依托实地调研获取了重庆市渝北区153个行政村的一手村域数据,综合运用层次分析法、熵权法、莫兰指数、障碍度模型等方法开展实证分析。结果显示,渝北区村域尺度的农业现代化指数差异显著(0.001 2~0.261 4),高水平与较高水平村仅占13.08%,整体处于数字化转型起步阶段,且指数分布表现出显著的正偏态;空间格局上,村级农业现代化水平表现为离散随机分布,区域间联动效应较弱,尚未形成规模化协同特征;休闲农业产值、智能装备应用、农产品网销比例等是影响渝北区农业现代化水平的主要障碍因子。建议从推动区域协调发展、深化科技集成应用、推动三产深度融合、强化数字人才引育等方面进一步促进农业现代化发展。

Abstract: To scientifically evaluate the level of agricultural modernization in the process of digital transformation, from a micro-perspective of villages and based on the theories of agricultural modernization and digital agriculture, a comprehensive evaluation system for agricultural modernization was reconstructed. The system covered 5 dimensions and 17 specific indicators. Based on field surveys, primary village-level data were collected from 153 administrative villages in Yubei District, Chongqing. An empirical analysis was conducted using methods such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), entropy weighting method, Moran′s Index, and obstacle degree model. The results indicated that the agricultural modernization index at the village level in Yubei District showed significant variation (0.001 2-0.261 4), with high-level and relatively high-level villages accounting for only 13.08%. The region was generally in the initial stage of digital transformation and exhibited a distinct positive skewness. In terms of spatial patterns, village-level agricultural modernization levels were characterized by a discrete and random distribution with weak inter-regional linkage, and a large-scale collaborative feature had yet to be formed. The output value of leisure agriculture, the application of intelligent equipment, and the proportion of online agricultural product sales were the primary obstacle factors affecting the level of agricultural modernization in Yubei District. It was recommended to further promote the development of agricultural modernization by advancing coordinated regional development, deepening the integrated application of science and technology, promoting the deep integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, and strengthening the cultivation of digital talent.
