Abstract: The effective construction ways and mechanisms for the public art intervention in construction of new rural communities were explored. The results showed that public art,as an effective form of public cultural communication,played an irreplaceable role in the transformation of public space environment and the dissemination of public culture. The public art could promote the improvement of public environment and the prosperity of public culture in rural communities and achieve a common progress of society.
