Abstract: Diversified realization form of agricultural moderate scale management is the only way to lead the development of modern agriculture. This paper summarizes the realization forms of agricultural moderate scale management in Hubei Province, reviews the advantages and disadvantages of various forms of realization, and finally expounds its development trend, and believes that socialized service-drivenform of agricultural moderate scale managementwhich can effectively promote the organic connections between the small farmers and the development ofmodern agriculture, is a form of moderate scale management that should focus on guiding and supporting development in the future. At the same time, this paper suggests enriching the realization form of socialized service-driven of agricultural moderate scale management, improving the demonstration and driving ability of new business entities, and cultivating and improving the agricultural socialization service organization, so as to give full play to the leading role of agricultural moderate scale management in modern agriculture.
