Abstract: Based on the survey data of 210 village cadres in Wenzhou, Huzhou and Quzhou in Zhejiang province, using factor analysis, multiple regression and quantile regression, the influencing factors of village cadres' job satisfaction are empirically tested. The results show that the education level, income and current development evaluation of village cadres have a significant positive impact on their job satisfaction, that is, the higher the education level of village cadres, income and evaluation of the village development, the higher their job satisfaction. It is proposed that the construction of a comprehensive salary incentive, political incentives and reputation incentive mechanism should improve the job satisfaction of village cadres and stimulate their internal motivation to better promote rural revitalization.
