Isolation and identification of attenuated vaccine ALV from Hubei local chicken breeding farm

Abstract

Abstract: In order to find out the cause of rebound of avian leukosis after purification in local chicken farms, the contamination of live vaccine ALV in chicken farms was detected. Virus isolation, PCR amplification, gene sequencing and molecular biological analysis showed that an ALV strain isolated from live vaccine was an exogenous ALV-J subgroup virus.
