Analysis and evaluation on tuber quality of different potato varieties

Abstract: In order to select new potato varieties with good quality, a set of comprehensive analysis and evaluation methods of potato quality was put forward, and the nutritional quality, processing quality and commodity quality of 6 potato varieties were evaluated. The results showed that Hongmei had the best nutritional quality, Huashu No. 3 had the best processing quality and commodity quality, and Huashu No. 3 was the best in comprehensive quality analysis.
