Abstract: On the basis of in-depth investigation and research, the universal problems that caused the rural ecological environment were analyzed, the role positioning of multiple subjects were clarified, and cooperative governance strategies of broadening the channels of public investment, making up for the weak links in ecological and environmental protection, establishing information sharing platform, realizing the benign interaction of multiple subjects, giving play to the role of market guidance, forming scale economy of ecological management, adhering to the green and healthy orientation, driving characteristic tourism with ecological resources, developing prosperously rural culture, expanding the content of ecological and environmental governance, drawing on the advanced experience of foreign countries, forming a new pattern of multi-subject co-governance were put forward, in order to help the construction of ecological , livable and beautiful villages.
