Abstract: Rural revitalization strategy was an effective way to solve the problems concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and effective rural governance was a prominent work of rural revitalization. Rural immigrant community was a special rural community, and the rural governance work in this area faced many difficulties. Taking village S as an example, the rural governance situation of village S was explored through the observation method and in-depth interview method. The results showed that based on the particularity of the governance environment and the complexity of the governance subject, there were difficulties of chaotic rural governance system, lack of rural governance subjects, weak rural governance team, stigmatization and low rural governance literacy in the rural governance of rural immigrant communities. In order to solve the rural governance dilemma of rural immigrant community, improve the party construction and organization, improve the rural governance system, increase the rural governance subject, explore the resources, improve the participation mechanism, build civilized countryside, decontamination rural governance personnel, strengthen education and training, and improve the rural governance literacy.
