Abstract: On the basis of systematically sorting out the interactive relationship between new urbanization construction and higher vocational education, taking Sichuan Vocational College of Information Technology as an example, it discusses its strategies and measures as the “supply side” of talents to adapt to the “demand side” of new urbanization construction from the macro, meso and micro levels. The research results are conducive for higher vocational education to better meet the demand for talents in new urbanization construction, promote the balance of talent supply and demand, and provide scientific basis and reference for the formulation of policies by higher vocational education management departments.
