Abstract: DEA and Malmquist index were used to analyze the static and dynamic aspects of township health and medical resources allocation in 29 provinces (municipalities) of China. The results showed that the efficiency of township health and medical resources allocation showed a fluctuating trend from 2010 to 2018. The resources allocation efficiency of central and western regions was significantly lower than that of eastern regions. There were obvious regional differences in the allocation of township health and medical resources in China. Therefore, the government should integrate regional medical resources, promote township health and medical technology innovation, increase the investment of health and medical resources in central and western regions, and promote the rational allocation of township health and medical resources in China.
