Abstract: In order to better develop the characteristic industries in southern Shaanxi, to promote the economic development of southern Shaanxi, and to help farmers increase their incomes, conduct field surveys and analyze the development status of characteristic industries in southern Shaanxi by issuing questionnaires and interviews to farmers in southern Shaanxi. And in the development process, there are problems such as lack of financial support for industrial development, decentralized land management restricts intensive production, low labor quality cannot support industrial development, and unobvious brand advantages. Based on this, it is proposed to implement policy support, increase financial support, and accelerate the progress of land transfer, improve the quality of rural labor force, strengthen talent construction, and create well-known brands in characteristic industries.
