Abstract: The introduction of big data smart senior service system is an effective measure to alleviate the supply pressure of senior care service brought by aging and aging, and can also solve the imbalance and mismatch between the supply and demand of home care service to a certain extent. Based on the analysis of the match of big data smart senior and senior service demand,this study analyzed the institutional obstacles of big data smart senior service development, such as the lack of policy guidance network, the lag of standardization construction of big data smart senior service, the lack of closed supply and demand chain. From the perspective of policy guidance and effective supply, information integration and industrial chain closure, personalized configuration and accurate service, this study put forward countermeasures and suggestions so as to promote the in-depth development of big data smart senior service system.
