Abstract: The rural revitalization strategy is a fundamental strategy to solve the issues concerving “agriculture, rural areas and rural residents”. Only by revitalizing the rural economy can the overall quality and speed of China’s economy be improved, and smart agriculture can help revitalize the rural economy. Smart agriculture comprehensively uses cutting-edge technologies such as multiple types of network technology, barcode technology, big data technology, and smart technology to realize information traceability management in agricultural production and circulation, and can provide data support for government departments in agricultural supervision, management, support and decision,and establish a highly credible circulation system for agricultural-related enterprises. Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, Shaanxi Province should develop smart agriculture, improve the efficiency of the entire agricultural field, promote the transformation and development of agriculture, and make Shaanxi become a strong agricultural province. This article mainly studied the strategies for constructing smart agriculture development mode in Shaanxi Province under the background of rural revitalization strategy.
