厚朴花药材的指纹图谱研究

Study on fingerprint of Magnoliae officinalis flos

摘要: 采用中药指纹图谱技术建立厚朴花药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供新方法。以甲醇超声提取30 min,制备供试品溶液;以甲醇和水(0.1%甲酸)为流动相,梯度洗脱;分析时间为60 min;检测波长为230 nm;柱温30 ℃;流速1.0 mL/min。对厚朴花样品进行测定,以和厚朴酚为参照物,确定了厚朴花指纹图谱中的9个共有峰;通过方法学考察,精密度、稳定性、重现性试验RSD均小于3%;采用相似度作为指纹图谱的评判参数,厚朴花各样品的色谱与对照指纹图谱之间相似度均大于0.9。

Abstract: The HPLC fingerprint of Magnolia officinalis flos was used to provide a new method for its quality control. Ultrasonic extraction with methanol for 30 min to prepare the test solution; Gradient elution was performed with methanol and water (0.1% formic acid) as mobile phases. The analysis time was 60 min. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Column temperature was 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Dozens batches of magnoliae officinalis flos were determined, and nine common peaks in the fingerprint of Magnoliae officinalis flos were determined with honokiol as the reference. The RSD of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were allless than 3% through methodological investigation. Using similarity as the evaluation parameter of fingerprint, the similarity between the chromatogram of Magnoliae officinalis flos samples and the control fingerprint was more than 0.9.
