Screening and Identifying the Aroma-producing Strains from Pineapple

Abstract: Eight aroma-producing strains were screened preliminarily from pineapples by using the methods of tissue culture,homogenate separation,and enrichment and separation. And a strain,ZFF1 producing the fragrances of flowers and herbs from 8 strains was obtained after secondary screening. The strain ZFF1 was identified as Hanseniaspora uvarum by morphological and molecular identification,and it was safe.
