The antibacterial mechanism and cosmetic efficacy test of the ethanol extract of Nostoc commune Vauch

Abstract

Abstract: Alcohol extraction was used to extract the active ingredients of agaric agaric. The changes of electric conductivity, total soluble sugar and total protein concentration of the bacterial culture liquid before and after the action of agaric agaric ethanol extract and escherichia coli were measured. Stability, safety, moisturizing, whitening and other tests were carried out for the cosmetics. The results showed that the conductivity, total soluble sugar and total protein concentration of escherichia coli culture solution were increased in different degrees after treatment with ethanol extract of agaric. The made cosmetics have good security, stability and whitening and moisturizing properties. The ethanol extract of agaric can destroy the escherichia coli cell membrane. The developed cosmetics are delicate and gentle, stable and uniform in texture, safe and non-toxic side effects, as well as whitening and moisturizing effects.
