Study on the effect evaluation and optimization countermeasures of rural toilet renovation：Taking Pingquan city as an example

Abstract

Abstract: Taking Pingquan city as an example, based on the acceptance of the toilet renovation project in 2019 in Pingquan city. This study conducted a questionnaire survey among the staff of agricultural and rural bureau, township cadres, village cadres, technical workers in charge of toilet reform and villagers in Pingquan city. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to evaluate the overall effect of the toilet reform in Pingquan city. In the process of evalution, the advantages and disadvantages of rural toilet reform were found, at the same time, the rectification countermeasures were put forword,which effectively promoted the transformation of rural toilets.
