The development of agricultural production capacity cooperation under the influence of cross-border e-commerce policy in China

Abstract

Abstract: In the context of Chinese cross-border e-commerce policy, the relevant theoretical and methodological basis were introduced, such as international industrial transfer theory, and data envelopment analysis （DEA）. Through the relevant theoretical research, ultra-efficiency data envelope method model and Tobit regression model were established to analyze the influencing factors of economic development, resources and environment, regional construction and political situation.The results showed that economic development did not bring positive feedback to agricultural production capacity cooperation; resources and environment, infrastructure construction in regional construction, and good political situation would positively affect the development efficiency.
