Abstract: Based on 106 original documents on the influencing factors and path selection of the standardized operation of farmers' professional cooperatives in China, the factors affecting the standardized operation of farmers' professional cooperatives in China were systematically summarized by using the qualitative research method of grounded theory. Through the three-level coding process of open coding, spindle coding and selective coding, 86 initial concepts, 15 initial categories, 4 main categories and 2 core categories were obtained. The results showed that the standardized operation of farmers' professional cooperatives in China was jointly affected by two core categories of internal factors and external factors. Finally, according to the coding process, the results were analyzed and a conclusion was drawn, and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the standardized operation of cooperatives from two levels.
