Study on the Relationship between Urbanization Level and Cultivated Land Area Change：A Case of Shandong Province

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the correlation coefficient and regression model, the relationship between urbanization rate and cultivated land area in Shandong province from 2010 to 2016 was analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between urbanization rate and cultivated land area in Shandong province. The rate of cultivation has gradually decreased. Based on the analysis of the impact of urbanization construction in Shandong province on cultivated land and landless farmers, the countermeasures and suggestions for ensuring food security and social and economic sustainable development in Shandong province were put forward.
