Abstract: Based on the implementation effect of beautiful rural construction, this study established an evaluation system of 5 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 37 third-level indicators in combination with national documents and reports. Using the analytic hierarchy process, the weight of the evaluation index of the implementation effect of beautiful rural construction was determined. At the same time, based on the results of a questionnaire survey on the residents of Heshuo county in Xinjiang, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the implementation effect of the beautiful rural construction was constructed to evaluate the implementation effect of the beautiful rural construction in Heshuo county. The results show that the current overall level of implementation of the construction of beautiful villages in Heshuo county is good, but there are still problems such as imperfect supervision measures, single support funding channels, and insufficient government guidance, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
