Abstract: The e-commerce platform based on network technology and information technology provides a convenient, diversified and safe trading platform for the development of agricultural products. However, there is a lack of legal protection system in the development stage of agricultural products e-commerce transaction, which restricts the healthy and benign development of agricultural products e-commerce transaction. The importance of the construction of legal protection for agricultural products transaction in the context of e-commerce development was analyzed, and in view of the problems existing in the legal guarantee construction of agricultural products e-commerce transaction, the targeted solution path was put forward, in order to make a certain contribution to promoting the sustainable and healthy development of China’s agricultural products e-commerce.
