    Spatial and temporal changes of NDVI vegetation cover and its driving factors in Yunnan Province in the past 13 years

    In order to explore the multiple factors affecting the change of NDVI vegetation cover, the MODIS13Q1 data set was selected to synthesize the annual, quarterly, and monthly average values of NDVI in Yunnan Province for 13 years, and the annual average value of NDVI passed the stability test of the coefficient of variation CV. From 2006 to 2018, the annual average value of NDVI in Yunnan Province was 0.641, and the average annual growth rate was 0.002 26/10 years; among the NDVI values of the four seasons, only the summer showed a negative correlation trend, and the fluctuation range was obvious. Among the monthly average values of NDVI in 13a, NDVI reached the lowest in June and July. The results of the analysis of NDVI, DEM and meteorological factors showed that the proportion of NDVI was the largest at <3 000 m, which is 91.51%, and the vegetation coverage in this area was the best; the proportion of NDVI was the largest in the 10°~15° region, and with the increase of slope, NDVI first increases and then decreases. The proportion of NDVI was the largest in the north slope, and the proportion of other slopes was basically the same, and the vegetation growth state was good. The correlation between NDVI and air temperature was better in altitude, and NDVI was mainly affected by precipitation in terms of slope and aspect.

    With the continuous deepening of the research on the traditional Chinese medicine Lycium chinense, it is found that its chemical components are rich and diverse, including alkaloids, polysaccharides, flavonoids, phenylpropanoids and so on. Lycium chinense has a variety of pharmacological activities such as liver and kidney protection, anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti-tumor, neuroprotective activity, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, hypoglycemic and so on, and its pharmacological effect research is also expanding. In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Lycium chinense and Lycium barbarum are reviewed, which can provide reference for the value excavation and resource development of Lycium chinense.

    Exploring the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Angelica sinensis Radix- Cinnamomi cortex based on GC-MS and network pharmacology

    The chemical components of Angelica sinensis Radix- Cinnamomi cortex was identified, and the anti-inflammatory mechanism of the herb pair was predicted in combination with network pharmacology. GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile components of the herb pair, and then the potential targets of the active components were predicted through the TCMSP database and the Swiss Target Prediction database; inflammation-related gene targets were got through TTD database and GeneCards database; Cytoscape 3.7.2 software was used to construct a drugs-components-targets network diagram; string database and Cytoscape 3.7.2 software were adopted to build a target PPI network, then screening out key targets; the Clsuter Profiler program package in R 3.6.1 software was used to perform gene ontology (GO) function enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis for potential targets. The results showed that 35 kinds of volatile components were identified from the herb pair, accounting for 70.53% of the total volatile components. From the screening, 33 active compounds, 35 key targets, 1 296 biological processes, and 155 signal pathways were obtained. According to the prediction of network pharmacology results, the herb pair may regulate lipids and atherosclerosis, human cytomegalovirus infection, IL-17 and other signaling pathways through active ingredients such as β-caryophyllene, α-humulene, and α-pinene, and key targets such as TNF-, IL-6, and IL-1B, thereby synergistically exerting anti-inflammatory effects.

    Response of seed germination and seedling development of different wheat varieties to the treatment of exogenous H2O2

    In the experiment, different varieties of wheat seeds and wheat seedlings were treated with different concentration gradients of hydrogen peroxide in self-made equipment, under modified hydroponic conditions. The paper observed the germination rate of wheat seeds and measured the morphological indexes (plant height, fresh weight) and physiological indexes (Proline, MDA, CAT) of seedlings under the treatment of exogenous hydrogen peroxide to research the response of different wheat varieties to exogenous hydrogen peroxide treatment and analyze the mechanism of regulating wheat seed germination and seedling development. The results showed that three wheat varieties of Chinese spring, Zhoumai 36 and Fielder, all had the highest germination rate under the treatment of 0.3 μmol/L hydrogen peroxide. While the plant height and fresh weight of Chinese spring seedlings were significantly promoted by hydrogen peroxide at 0.3 μmol/L, but inhibited at 1.2 μmol/L. Hydrogen peroxide at 0.1 μmol/L showed the best promotion effect on the seedling height and fresh weight of Fielder, while the concentration of 1.2 μmol/L showed an obvious inhibition effect. At the same time, the results of physiological indexes indicated that high concentration of hydrogen peroxide could cause oxidative damage to plasma membrane and inhibit seedling development. In conclusion, the experimental results showed that, hydrogen peroxide treatment promoted wheat seed germination and seedling development at low concentration but inhibited at high concentration, and different wheat varieties had different levels of sensitivity to exogenous hydrogen peroxide.

    Evaluation of water quality and eutrophication of major urban lakes in Changshu City

    The water quality of Shanghu Lake and Kuncheng Lake in Changshu City of Jiangsu Province was monitored and evaluated in 2018—2019 to understand the water quality of major urban lakes. The results showed that the differences of water transparency (SD), total nitrogen (TN), total dissolved nitrogen (TDN) and total dissolved phosphorus (TDP) between the two lakes were significant (P<0.05), and the differences of total phosphorus (TP) and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) between the two lakes were extremely significant (P<0.01). There were obvious seasonal changes of water quality in two lakes, and the water quality of Shanghu Lake was good in spring and autumn, but deteriorated in summer and winter, while that of Kuncheng Lake was poor in spring and summer, and the pollution was aggravated in autumn and winter. Based on single factor index evaluation, the main pollution factors in Shanghu Lake and Kuncheng Lake were the same, both of which were TN and TP, and the water quality of Shanghu Lake all year was class Ⅲ, while Kuncheng Lake was inferior class V. The Nemero index of Shanghu Lake ranged from 0.50 to 0.87, indicating that the lake was relatively clean all year, while that of Kuncheng Lake ranged from 1.37 to 2.31, indicating that the lake was slightly polluted all year. The comprehensive nutrient index of Shanghu Lake ranged from 45.78 to 49.02, indicating a moderate vegetative state all year, while that of Kuncheng Lake ranged from 54.31 to 59.23, indicating a mild eutrophication state all year.

    With the help of GIS spatial analysis tools, the overall status, spatial pattern differentiation, and causes of cultivated land “non-grain production” crops in Henan Province were proved by using the grain crop planting area and total crop planting data of Henan Province as a whole and 18 prefecture-level cities. The results showed that during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, the overall “non-grain production” level of cultivated land in Henan Province was around 30%, and there was a slow growth trend. Spatially, the spatial differences in the level of “non-grain production” in the western and southern mountainous areas of Henan Province and the eastern and northern plains were obvious. Finally, in order to strengthen the management and control of the “non-grain production” phenomenon of cultivated land in Henan Province, countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the aspects of moderately adjusting the agricultural production structure, improving the income of grain planting, delineating the red line of non-grain production crop planting, and strengthening the construction of farmland infrastructure.

    Under the background of the modernization of rural governance in the new era, based on the logic support of PPRR crisis management theory, the third regiment of the first division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was selected as the research area. Starting from the four stages of prevention, preparation, response and recovery, combined with the theory and the actual situation of the first division and three regiments, 30 corresponding evaluation indexes of influencing factors were set. On this basis, the structural equation model (SEM) was introduced to explore the path relationship and chain logic of each stage and corresponding indicators in the life cycle of agricultural disasters, and to analyze the influence weight between the emergency management capabilities of the farms, so as to construct the hypothetical structural equation model of the factors affecting the evaluation of agricultural emergency management capabilities of the farms. The study found that crisis prevention, crisis preparation, crisis response and crisis recovery ability had significant positive effects on the improvement of agricultural emergency management ability in disaster response, and there were also significant effects between the two variables. Crisis response capability and crisis recovery capability have a significant positive impact on agricultural emergency management capability; effective risk assessment, integration of the upper and lower linkages of disaster reduction subjects, and reasonable allocation of personnel and materials have the most significant impact on crisis response capacity; the impact of continuous disaster tracking and monitoring, improved disaster assessment capacity and risk aversion capacity on crisis recovery capacity is most significant.

    Characteristic analysis of wet blub zero layer in Hubei Province

    Using the sounding data from Ankang, Enshi and Wuhan stations from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2021, and the ground observation and disaster data in Hubei Province during the same period, we analyzed and discussed the seasonal variation of the height of wet blub zero (WBZ) and the height difference between dry blub zero (DBZ) and wet blub zero (WBZ) in different regions of Hubei Province. The seasonal variation of the difference between DBZ and WBZ heights is much smaller than that of WBZ heights, and it is the largest in autumn in east Hubei, the largest in summer in northwest Hubei, and the largest in summer in southwest Hubei. The frequency of WBZ height in each season shows that the probability of WBZ height in spring and autumn is 2 500~ 3 500 m. The WBZ height in summer is significantly higher than that in other seasons, and the lowest in winter. The probability of occurrence of DBZ and WBZ height difference in each season is seen: the probability tends to decrease with increasing height, and the maximum probable height of DBZ and WBZ height difference in spring, autumn and winter are all below 500 m. The synthetic analysis of the main hail weather processes in different regions of Hubei shows that the largest WBZ variation when there is hail occurs in southwest Hubei and the smallest in northwest Hubei. The highest average WBZ height when hail occurs is in southwest Hubei. The DBZ and WBZ height differences are in descending order in Northwest, East and Southwest Hubei.

    Large-scale winter wheat extraction based on GEE platform and automatic statistical allocation algorithm

    In order to improve the accuracy of large-scale crop remote sensing mapping, the Sentinel-2 data was preprocessed by Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform, and the maximum images of NDVI, EVI and EVI2 of the whole Hebei Province in 2019 were synthesized. Combined with the data of geographical conditions, the automatic statistical distribution algorithm was input to select the optimal vegetation index. The optimal image was used to extract the winter wheat information of Hebei Province with a resolution of 30 m from 2016 to 2019. The results showed that compared with the validation samples, the user accuracy of wheat distribution of NDVI, EVI and EVI2 was greater than 94%, the mapping accuracy was greater than 91%, the overall accuracy was greater than 98%, and the Kappa coefficient was greater than 0.96, of which EVI had the highest accuracy. Compared with the statistical data, the average precision of all wheat planting counties in 2016—2019 was greater than 97%. The automatic statistical allocation algorithm does not need to rely on training samples, and can be quickly copied and used in other years to improve the efficiency of large-scale crop distribution mapping, and the obtained wheat information has good consistency with the statistical data. It can provide some technical methods and ideas for rapid mapping of large-scale wheat distribution.

    The governance of rural ecological environment is an important issue for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Rural rivers have become an important carrier for the development of rural ecological environment, and accelerating the construction of the rural river governance system has become a key support. The theoretical logic of the rural river channel governance system was analyzed from the three dimensions of governance concept, governance objectives and governance mode. The research found that there were practical difficulties in rural river channel governance, such as imperfect relevant mechanisms, lack of responsibility of multiple subjects and insufficient level of professional governance. On this basis, corresponding countermeasures were put forward from three aspects of building a security mechanism system, building a governance pattern with the collaborative participation of multiple subjects, and strengthening professional governance capabilities.

    In order to meet the needs of spatial socio-economic data in the development of urban agglomerations, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the spatial technical methods of socio-economic data, the urban agglomeration on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains was taken as the research object, the quantitative analysis was made on the night light data and GDP statistics of NPP-VIIRS in 2013 and 2019, and the spatial research was made on the regional GDP of 15 counties and cities. By analyzing the spatial correlation between the total output value, the first, second and third industry values, and the sum of the secondary and tertiary industry values of the urban agglomeration on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains and the light index extracted from the NPP-VIIRS night light data, the optimal light index was selected. Finally, the 500 m precision sub-industry GDP density map of the study area in 2013 and 2019 was simulated through the linear regression model. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the two periods of night light data and the GDP of sub industry regions. The distribution of industrial output value of urban agglomeration was mainly concentrated in the main nodes of traffic lines between counties and cities, and the high-value areas were mainly concentrated in Urumqi, Changji, Shihezi and Karamay. The spatial distribution result of sub-industry GDP simulated by night light data was more credible,and the relative error between the simulation result and the statistical values was small, which could intuitively show the regional distribution difference of statistical data and the dynamic changes of regional economic development.

    In order to realize water quality monitoring in full water depth and improve water environment problems in local waters through the same device to help high-quality development of fishery breeding, an underwater robot for fishery breeding was designed.The dynamic model of AUV was established to describe the 6-DOF complex motion of AUV and ensure its good stability in the process of underwater motion. The whole water depth water quality monitoring system and water quality improvement system were composed of multi-sensor technology and inertial navigation technology. The experiment was designed to observe and verify its movement process, which could realize the monitoring function of water quality parameters such as pH, temperature and dissolved oxygen. According to the return value, the water pH, dissolved oxygen and other conditions were improved, and its efficiency was verified by comparing with manual control mode and existing equipment control. The system has successfully realized the integration of water quality parameter collection and water quality improvement in fishery breeding, with high efficiency, strong reliability, and emancipation of human resources, and provides a new idea for the research of the underwater robot.

The varieties of Yaohuang, Chunhong Jiaoyan, Jingyu, Chunliu, Xiangyu and Shouanhong had high comprehensive scores, which were suitable for cultivating the tree peony.

    The forecast of the demand for cold chain logistics of agricultural products was of great significance to achieve a balance between supply and demand of agricultural products and alleviate the pressure on the supply chain of the logistics system. The relevant data of agricultural products in Guiyang city from 2019 to 2021 were selected, and the grey GM(1,1) model was used to predict the cold chain logistics demand of agricultural products in Guiyang City in the next six years. The results showed that under the new crown epidemic, the overall demand for cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Guiyang was on the rise, and the supply capacity of cold chain logistics of agricultural products must be further strengthened. Based on the perspective of flexible supply chain, it was proposed that the government should establish a supply chain risk management and communication mechanism for the cold chain logistics industry and an operating resource guarantee system for cold chain logistics enterprises of agricultural products. Enterprises should increase investment in intelligent logistics technology, strengthen the construction of digital technology for cold chain logistics of agricultural products and the construction of emergency supply chain for cold chain logistics of agricultural products.

    A rapid and sensitive method for evaluating aging life of rice seeds

    The seeds of 9 rice varieties (Saika, IR30, Bra80sci9875, Koshihikari, Gangyuan, Nipponbare, Jinjing 818, Jindao 919, Jindao 372) were used as experimental materials. The seeds were treated with water bath at different temperatures and different times. The germination test was carried out after soaking in the artificial climate culture room for 24 h. The germination rate, root length, bud length and vigor were measured. The results showed that when the treatment temperature was 50 ℃, the average germination rate of five rice varieties (Saika, Koshihikari, Gangyuan, Nipponbare, Jindao 372) was significantly different, and the proportion of Nipponbare varieties reaching G50 was 60.00%, which could accurately distinguish the germination rate of different rice varieties. With the extension of water bath time, the average germination rate of rice varieties showed a downward trend. The aging rate of Jindao 372 was the fastest, and the average germination rate was almost 0 after 4 h treatment. When treated for 4 h, more than 50.00% of the rice varieties reached G50, and the average germination rate distribution of the nine rice varieties was relatively uniform, with the order of Saika>Koshihikari>Nipponbare>Jindao 919>IR30>Gangyuan>Bra80sci 9875>Jinjing 818>Jindao 372. Accelerated aging testing at 50 ℃ for 4 h in a water bath is a fast and sensitive method that can be completed within 7 days.

    In order to build high-quality rural pension services, the development dilemma of rural home care services was studied. Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory, it was analyzed from the three system levels of macro, meso and micro. The results show that there are some problems in rural home care services, such as the outstanding contradictions between supply and demand, the lack of elderly career talents, and the conservative concepts of elderly care. Therefore, in combination with the rural revitalization strategy, suggestions are put forward from the government, community, elderly and other subjects, that is, to strengthen the leading role of the government, strengthen the capacity building of community elderly care services, and establish a correct elderly care concept.

    In recent years, the incidence rate of disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism has increased, and traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine with the functions of nourishing the liver and kidney, promoting dampness and resolving phlegm have significantly improved them. The quality of traditional Chinese medicine is the key to ensuring the safety and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine. The traditional quality control means include quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker and quantitative fingerprint. The concept of quality markers provides a research idea for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine and the safety and effectiveness of drug use. The research progress of single traditional Chinese medicine, compound traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine with regulating activity of glucose and lipid metabolism disorders was reviewed to provide a reference for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine products.

    Climatic analysis and division of ecological tourism resources in Hubei Province

    Using the conventional meteorological data from 82 national meteorological observatories in Hubei Province for the past 60 years, the characteristics of tourism climate resources in Hubei Province were analyzed, and tourism suitability was divided. Based on the human comfort index, the daily and monthly comfort index of every county and city in the province was calculated, and the climate regionalization for tourism suitability in the province was carried out. The results show that the annual comfort duration of Hubei Province is 5~8 months, the mountain area is higher than the plain, the west is higher than the east, and the distribution of comfort days in four seasons shows obvious seasonal characteristics. Hefeng County, Xuan'en County in Enshi Prefecture and Xingshan in Yichang City have the highest annual comfort duration of 8 months. The regions with more comfortable days are located in the western mountainous areas, reaching more than 200 days, and the maximum is 217 days in Hefeng County, Enshi Prefecture. The best number of comfortable days is 120 days in Lichuan County, Enshi Prefecture. Xianning City is the most comfortable area in eastern Hubei. According to the suitable months for tourism, the province is divided into two major regions: summer half year and spring and autumn comfort, and spring and autumn comfort can be further divided into three sub-regions: spring and autumn extension, late spring and early autumn and late spring and autumn. In the western mountainous areas with higher altitudes, summer is cool and comfortable, and the conditions for summer escape are very superior. Spring and autumn are warm and comfortable in the wide range of low mountains, hills and Jianghan Plain in the central and eastern parts of Hubei Province, which are the best seasons for tourism. Although the province's overall cold conditions in winter are poor, skiing, hot springs, rime and other resources are rich, which are suitable for tourism activities. In general, the time span of the tourism climate resources in Hubei Province is long, the suitable tourism areas are wide, the types are diverse, and the tourism resources are very rich.

    The spatio-temporal pattern analysis of water resources utilization efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt based on DEA-ESTDA

    The DEA -Malmquist model that considers undesired output was used to calculate the changes in water resource utilization efficiency(WRUE) of 11 provinces(cities) in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2001 to 2018, while ESTDA was used to analyze the temporal and spatial changes of WRUE. The results showed that the WRUE of the Yangtze River Economic Belt was increasing during the observation period. The spatial agglomeration of WRUE in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was significant with volatility to some extent. The WRUE was more likely to form adjacent linkage areas in space. To be detailed, HL pattern agglomeration and HH pattern agglomeration tended to appear in upstream and the coastal areas downstream. The local spatial structure of WRUE in the upstream region was more dynamic. The provinces with positive synergistic growth accounted for 54.54% of the total, mainly located in the middle and downstream regions. From the perspective of the period, the spatio-temporal cohesion of WRUE was slightly stronger than the spatio-temporal flux, but it was still plastic. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regional cooperation, optimize the spatial distribution of input resources, and improve the utilization efficiency of water resources.

    Analysis on the progress of nutritional value and utilization about the pea

    The nutritional components of the vegetable peas and dried grain were reviewed, and then the effects of processing factors on the changes of nutritive active substances in vegetable peas were summarized in detail. In this paper, the utilization value of peas as feed in the breeding industry, as well as the development of its special pharmacological active ingredients for the treatment of human diseases in recent years were also introduced. Combining with the current research hotspots, the prospective applications of the pea as a functional crop were discussed and prospected.
