Abstract: In this study, the diseased fruit and non-pathogenic fruit of Fuji apple with a storage period of 0 days were used as control materials. The expression of genes related to VB6 metabolic pathway in normal fruit (CK), diseased fruit non-diseased parts (BC) and diseased fruit diseased parts (BP) was studied by High-throughput sequencing, extraction of pulp RNA, cdna reverse transcription and fluorescence quantitative PCR techniques, and the differences among them were compared. After experiments, the results showed that the relative expression levels of genes related to VB6 metabolic pathway in CK, BC and BP were different, and they were significantly upregulated in BP. Thus, the VB6 metabolic pathway is associated with apple bitter pit disease and gene expression is upregulated. Therefore, for the follow-up study of apple and other diseases such as bitter pit disease, we can start from the breakthrough of the VB6 metabolic pathway molecule.
