Research on the application of competency model in the performance evaluation of village cadres：Take Hotan area of Xinjiang as an example

Abstract: By using literature analysis method, behavioral event interview method and expert opinion method, this study constructed a competency model of the village cadres in Hotan area including 6 dimensions and 25 competency characteristics including work ability, and established evaluation index system based on it, and analyzed it by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the constructed competency model has a certain application value in the performance evaluation of village cadres in Hotan area.
